What applies at every HEIDI event – so you know exactly what you are paying for.
For every event we state a daily price in euros alongside the total price. It is calculated over all the days on which we look after you, from arrival to departure, not just over the running days. That way you can see at a glance what a day with us costs, with everything that goes with it.
Accommodation with breakfast. At least [X] nights in a hotel, the others in sports halls. The exact number of hotel nights is stated in the event’s race information.
Dinner. A varied buffet at the overnight venue, or ordering at a restaurant or delivery service.
Food and drink on the course. Varied runners’ food at least every 15 kilometres on the course and at the finish. In hot or difficult weather we set up extra aid stations at short notice.
Drinks. Non-alcoholic drinks free of charge around the clock.
Luggage transfer. We take your luggage to the next accommodation every day. In the sports hall you simply leave it and we carry it to the van. Please no single bag over 30 kg – two smaller ones are better. For the nights in sports halls, don’t forget a sleeping mat or air mattress and a sleeping bag.
Route. We provide the GPX track via Komoot. As a rule we check the route on the day and mark any necessary detours with spray chalk.
Roadbook. With all the important information for every stage.
Shirts. Participant shirt, and finisher shirt for everyone who runs all stages.
A time limit of 10 minutes per kilometre applies on your own first six stages. After that there is no time limit. Depending on the nature of a stage, we adjust the time limit generously.
Transparency. Open and honest communication with all participants, volunteers and partners. That is why our services are listed here, and the volunteer page states openly how we compensate our volunteers.
Honesty. Authenticity in everything we do, from planning to running the event.
